Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, if the item meets all the following conditions:
- It is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- It is in its original condition, with all original tags attached
- It is returned in the original packaging
- A proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) is provided
However, please note: Items that are made-to-order or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.
Made-to-Order Policy
Many jackets at Linoir are crafted upon order to minimize waste and uphold the integrity of our sustainable model. Therefore, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for the following reasons:
- You changed your mind after the order
- You selected the wrong size or color
- The garment does not match subjective preferences
- The product was worn, washed, or altered after delivery
Please consult our size guide and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, please note:
- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable and insured service
- Linoir is not liable for lost or damaged return packages
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@twoskyretail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographs of the damaged item and its packaging
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Items worn, washed, or altered
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your eligible return, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days
